dr hai is my pcp and has made things pretty easy for me getting my skin cancer taken care of. its still an ongoing process but all the referrals and authorizations have been handled in a timely matter and i haven't run into any issues thus far and my visits are usually quick and easy. and the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful as well.
